Global Transportation Hub Authority (GTHA)

The Global Transportation Hub is a developing major transportation and logistics hub located in Regina that is poised to serve major North American markets. The vision for the GTH is to build upon Regina's strategic location in the North American continent using partnerships with both the private and public sectors to become a significant service provider to global supply chains. At full build out, the GTH will help to diversify the Saskatchewan economy, enhance export efficiency and reliability, and create hundreds of new jobs in the province; inevitably, it will also create new value-added businesses which will lead to further job development and prosperity for Saskatchewan people. Development of the GTH is being led by the Global Transportation Hub Authority (GTHA), an agency of the government of Saskatchewan. The GTHA's mandate is to advise on, plan, develop, construct, operate, manage and promote Saskatchewan's GTH in a manner that creates an investment and operating environment for business that is secure, efficient, coordinated and orderly.

Current Products and Services

2,000 acres of available serviced land ready for development. Brand new state-of-the-art CP Rail Intermodal Facility (IMF). One Million square foot Western Canadian Distribution Centre built to serve one of Canada's top grocers and fortune 500 companies. Road and servicing infrastructure to support development and operations in the hub. An efficient public private partnership and a "one-stop shop" business model. Over time, the GTH will add additional co-locators and facilitate a complimentary blend of service offering to align with tenants needs.
