Assiniboine Valley Seed Potato Ltd. is an agricultural company growing high generation seed potatoes for marketing to other seed potato growers. They are situated at Kamsask in east-central Saskatchewan. Being iosolated from other commercial growers lessens the risk of infection from other producers. They ship seed for export and domestic markets to Idaho, PEI, New Brunswisk, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. All seed originates from purchased nuclear seed stock from certified greenhouse growers. All seed stocks for sale are laboratory tested for Potato Leaf Roll Virus (PLRV), Potato Virus A (PVA), Potato Virus Y (PVY) and Bacterial Ring Rot (BRR).

Current Products and Services

Russet Burbank, Elite-2 and a limited supply of Elite-1. They strive to have all seed potatoes exceed certification standards for thier class. Cutting and treating of seed for just in time use is also available. They also have small lots of Elite-1 Shepody and Elite-1 Premier Russets.
